IQHINA LABAFAZI is a flagship incubation skills, leadership, and entrepreneurship programme of Luvuthando Academy, designed for unemployed young women and aspiring creatives.
The programme recognises that many young women face multiple barriers to economic participation — including unemployment, limited access to skills training, unequal opportunities, and the ongoing impact of Gender-Based Violence (GBV). IQHINA LABAFAZI responds by combining hands-on skills training, mentorship, leadership development, and business readiness, enabling participants to move from survival to self-sufficiency.
